Terms & Conditions — 7n7779 Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 7n7779 (hereinafter referred to as "7n7779", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and features available at 7n7779.

By completing the registration process and creating a 7n7779 account, or by accessing any service on the platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by 7n7779.

7n7779 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Single Account Policy

Account Credentials and Security

Deposits

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 7n7779 account — without first contacting 7n7779 support to resolve the matter — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, 7n7779 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to recover any amounts subject to the chargeback from the account balance.

From time to time, 7n7779 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, and other incentive programmes to eligible Bangladesh players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only. Underage players are not eligible for any promotional offer on 7n7779.
• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 in total wagers must be placed using that bonus before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages will be listed in the relevant promotion terms.

All bets placed and games played on the 7n7779 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are available within each respective game or betting market on the platform. In all cases, the following general rules apply.

Sports Betting

Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by 7n7779, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active for that specific bet.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach completion in accordance with the rules governing settlement, 7n7779 will apply its standard event settlement rules as published in the sports betting help section. Where a result is officially declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA), that result will be used for settlement purposes regardless of subsequent appeals or reversals.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7n7779 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or payment processing.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage person to use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 7n7779 account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.

• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward 7n7779 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Selling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your 7n7779 account or the services available through it without the express written consent of 7n7779.

Either the player or 7n7779 may close or suspend a 7n7779 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 7n7779 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 7n7779 will process any available balance for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements, and close the account within five (5) business days. Please note that if a self-exclusion request is submitted in conjunction with an account closure request, the self-exclusion terms described on the Responsible Gaming page will apply.

Suspension or Closure by 7n7779

7n7779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy below.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 7n7779 will notify the account holder via email prior to applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. No dormancy fee will be applied to an account with a zero balance. To reactivate a dormant account, simply complete the 7n7779 Login process.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your 7n7779 account — whether voluntary or initiated by 7n7779 — your right to access the platform and its services terminates immediately. Any pending bets that were placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with the normal betting rules and any resulting winnings will be processed for withdrawal, subject to these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure — including but not limited to sections relating to prohibited conduct, disputes, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply following closure.
